The things people ask first
Does the quote cost anything?
No. We come out, walk it with you and give you a number. If you do not want it, that is the end of it.
Do I need to be home?
For the quote, yes — that is the whole point of coming out, and we book it around you. For the work itself, only if we are doing the inside.
Do you use my water?
We use an outside tap, which adds pennies to your bill. Tell us if yours is shut off for winter and we bring our own.
When do I pay?
Card details go on file when you accept the quote, and the card is charged before the crew starts. Nothing to sort out on the day, and no invoice chasing you a week later.
What if it rains that day?
We move you to the next dry slot and tell you the night before. You are never charged for a visit we did not make.
Are you insured?
Fully insured, and we will send you the certificate before we start if you want to see it. Most commercial clients ask, and they should.
